My name is Caroline and I’m the founder and CEO of Tectonic Consulting.

I have a Holistic Nutritionist certification (AFPA), am in the process of completing my Health & Wellness Coach certification (NBC-HWC), and am currently studying for my Personal Trainer certification (NCSF).

The catalyst to start Tectonic Consulting came from a lifelong passion for nutrition and personally learning to heal several health issues. Tectonic Consulting was created to help individuals exceed their health and wellness goals through one-on-one coaching.

Tectonic Consulting actively supports nonprofits serving in the following areas:

We approach health through a holistic lens by addressing various lifestyle factors. Our mission is to help each client make small, meaningful lifestyle changes that create tectonic impact.

  • Yes - the 20 minute Complimentary Consultation call is completely free. It's an opportunity to determine if my services are the best fit for you.

  • Appointments are generally conducted over Zoom. If you live in the Atlanta area and would have an interest in meeting in person, I will happily meet (schedule permitting) at my local coffee shop in Riverside.

  • -Complementary Consultation Call: please kindly reschedule/cancel 24 hours in advance.

    -Client Call: please kindly reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance. Clients are permitted one (1) "Snow Day" - the opportunity to cancel/no show without any questions asked. We all need some flexibility in life! After your "Snow Day" is used, if you do not reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the session.

  • You book all of your appointments through the scheduling platform, Acuity (please see the “Book Appointment” button on the top of the screen). If you need to reschedule or cancel a session for any reason, you can easily log into Acuity or change/cancel the appointment directly through the confirmation email you receive (there are two buttons on the bottom of the email with the option to "Reschedule" or "Cancel").
